Advanced Culinary Camp - Grades 5-9
Week 4 – June 23, 2025 | Monday through Thursday 9am - 12pm
Service Description
This class is designed for advanced students who already have knife skills and experience in the kitchen. We will expand their culinary knowledge and take it to the next level. Students will learn about the mother sauces and how they serve as the building blocks for countless other sauces. Students will elevate dishes from ordinary to extraordinary by creating dishes using these sauces. In addition, students will learn how to make pate choux to create a croquembouche as well as homemade pasta. We will conclude with plating and photography techniques making this week a must for our experienced young chefs.

Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is required when registering for each week of summer camp. If your child is unable to attend a summer camp session for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 14 days prior the first day of camp, we will issue you a refund for the amount you paid less the credit card processing fees. If you provide less than 14 days’ notice we regret that no refund will be issued. You are welcome to gift the class or camp session to another child and provide us with the contact information of that child’s parent or guardian. If an enrolled student is absent from class no refund will be made; however, we will make every attempt to make the recipe and give to the student the next day.
