Garden to Gourmet
Week 6 – July 7th | Monday through Thursday 9am - 12pm -- Ages 8-13
Service Description
This week we will be exploring delicious and fresh ways to cook from the garden. We will discover the principles of sustainability and mindful eating. We will use fresh, seasonal foods to create a variety of menu items. Recipes may include some of the following; Garden Art Focaccia, Homemade Gnocchi with Summer Vegetables, Zucchini Cheddar Scones, Chocolate Zucchini Bread, Corn Fritters, Garden Lasagna Roll-ups and Fresh Blueberry Muffins. Our focus will be on fresh, not processed foods.

Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is required when registering for each week of summer camp. If your child is unable to attend a summer camp session for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 14 days prior the first day of camp, we will issue you a refund for the amount you paid less the credit card processing fees. If you provide less than 14 days’ notice we regret that no refund will be issued. You are welcome to gift the class or camp session to another child and provide us with the contact information of that child’s parent or guardian. If an enrolled student is absent from class no refund will be made; however, we will make every attempt to make the recipe and give to the student the next day.
