2026 Traditional Summer Camps
Ages 8-14

2 Options for Advanced Camp Ages 10-15
 June 22nd-June 25th- Culinary Arts
 June 29th-July 2nd -Baking and Pastry Arts

Thank you for your interest in our summer camp program!!

All summer camps will be offered in the commercial kitchen at St. Johns Technical High School, 2980 Collins Ave., St. Augustine, FL 32084.

Each camp will run from 9am-12pm Monday Thru Thursday (4 Days Total).  

 

At the end of each week students will invite one person to join us at 11:30 am for a sampling of the recipes made during the week.

Payment in full is required when registering for each week of summer camp. If your child is unable to attend a summer camp session for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 14 days prior the first day of camp, we will issue you a refund for the amount you paid less the credit card processing fees. If you provide less than 14 days’ notice we regret that no refund will be issued unless we have a waitlist for that class. You are welcome to gift the camp session to another child and provide us with the contact information of that child’s parent or guardian. If an enrolled student is absent from class no refund will be made; however, we will prepare the recipe and give it to the student the following day.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any student participation in class should their behavior be deemed disruptive or inappropriate.  Our goal is to maintain a positive learning environment for all students.

June 8th-11th – Mangia Mania: A Tour of Italian Classics

​Students will learn the wonderfully intense flavors and freshness of Italian cooking.   Italy is a country with a diverse food culture and history.  We will learn the basics such as pizza and pasta but also explore more sophisticated tastes like Bolognese Sauce, Arancini and also make the fun Italian Love Cake.  Find out why Italian food is so popular around the globe.

JUNE 15th-18th - Pastry Palooza

Our Most Popular Class!!  Join us for an exciting and delicious journey into the world of pastries.  This week students will bake, design and decorate their own 2-layer Tsunami cake!  In addition, we will make many more bakery favorites such as Napoleon, Banana Cream Tarts and have a cookie exchange.  This class will inspire your creativity and elevate your baking game.

June 22nd-June 25th - Advanced Culinary Camp

This advanced culinary class is designed to cultivate culinary skills and ignite a passion for cooking in a fun, hands-on environment. Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum that covers various cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and cultural cuisines.

Participants will showcase their skills by preparing a meal for family and friends, featuring dishes learned throughout the course.

Throughout the class, students will receive personalized instruction, engage in team-building exercises, and develop critical culinary skills that will serve as a foundation for future culinary endeavors. By the end of the course, students will have gained confidence in the kitchen, learned to work collaboratively, and developed a sophisticated palate and appreciation for global cuisine.

June 29th-July 2nd - Advanced Pastry Camp

This advanced culinary class is designed to cultivate pastry arts skills and ignite a passion for cooking in a fun, hands-on environment. Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum that covers various pastry arts techniques, flavor profiles, and cultural cuisines. Participants will showcase their skills by preparing an array of sweet and savory pastry for family and friends, featuring dishes learned throughout the course.Throughout the class, students will receive personalized instruction, engage in team-building exercises, and develop critical pastry arts skills that will serve as a foundation for future endeavors. By the end of the course, students will have gained confidence in the kitchen, learned to work collaboratively, and developed a sophisticated palate and appreciation for the pastry arts.

July 6th-July 9th - ROAD TRIP!! A Culinary Tour Across America

Embark on a delicious journey through the diverse and rich culinary landscape of the United States. Each day will focus on a different region of America, exploring its unique flavors, traditional dishes, and cooking techniques.  Join us for this exciting culinary adventure and discover the tastes of America.  

July 13th-July 16th - Disney Delights

Join us for a culinary journey through some of your favorite classic Disney movies. This is sure to be a magical week of class.  We will explore classics such as Dumbo with our circus themed recipes making corn dogs and funnel cake as well as Frozen with our Swedish Meatballs and Chocolate Lava Cake.  Come join us for an enchanting culinary journey.

July 20th-July 23rd -Christmas in July-Pastries around the World

A twist on our Pastry Palooza class incorporating a Christmas vibe. Join us for an exciting and delicious journey into the world of pastries as we explore holiday pastry while traveling the globe. This week students will bake their very own Buche de Noel! We will also have an in-class cookie exchange other holiday favorites.   Let’s celebrate and start the countdown to the holidays!

July 27th- July 30th - Copycat Restaurant Favorites

Join our "Copycat Restaurant Favorites" cooking class and learn to recreate your favorite dishes from popular restaurants right in your kitchen! This hands-on experience will guide you through the steps to craft beloved meals, from classic appetizers to decadent desserts.  We will create homemade english muffins to create our very own copycat McMuffin sandwiches, copycat Panda Express Orange Chicken and Cheesecake Factory Avocado Egg Rolls.  This class is sure to be a winner!
